YOGA CLASSES

Our sunrise is definitely worth the morning wake up call! Join our morning yoga classes to salut the sun or book in for a private session with our qualified yoga instructor. Sure to leave you calm and collected. ​We do also propose yoga classes for kids in order for them to discover their body and breathing cycle through game.
Morning and Afternoon Classes
8AM and 4PM


Suitable for all levels and abilities. We teach Core Strength Vinyasa and Hatha classes

Vinyasa Yoga: 
Focuses on the way we transition between poses, by moving from the Deep Core Line of Muscles to build each poses up in a certain way to empower your practise.  

By moving in this specific way we create a practice that is:
  • Safer - staying within and supporting your bodies natural alignment​
  • Stronger - learning to move from the deep inner body (deep core line of muscles) making sure we are supported and strong from our core and not gripping or tensing in the outer body.
  • ​​Effective - creating a holistic practice that works on so many levels and maximize benefits - digestions, detoxification, strengthening and toning muscles and all body system
